Affordable and worth every cent
I have never stayed at this hotel myself, but through work I have placed a lot of our external visitors here when they come to Melbourne to give Colloquiums or to work with us for short periods.
I always receive great feedback about the service and quality of the rooms when I ask our visitors, and when I contact them for bookings or payments, I have found the staff to be particularly helpful with all requests. They are patient and courteous, and always willing to go that extra mile to ensure their patrons are treated like VIP's.
