NO HOT WATER
Must say my partner and i were disgusted with our shortened stay, realised on the Friday night that our hot water was tepid at best. We complained to the desk and we received every excuse under the sun.
In the end after not being able to shower for 2 days we checked ourselves out and moved to another hotel.
Very very poor customer service !!!!!!
