Comfort Inn & Suites Flagstaff City: shock on Dudley

I booked this online thru the internet site "not 1 Night" .As the taxi pulled in i thought there must be a mistake.The outside appearance was scruffy and dirty and uninviting. However after much deliberation and realising retreiving my deposit was to be problematic..plus the late hour ..we heaved our bags thru a maze of stairs up several narrow staircases, along open cobbled passageways to our room...where a mouse was later seen scurrying! The room was described as a spa suite ..it was a a spa bath off a twin bed room. We eventually became acclimitaised to the traffic noise and general inconvenience...no laundry, minimal cooking facilities.I paid $187/nite for 3 individuals .My brother slept on a roll out sofa bed and my son and I shared a twin room. I would not recommend this place .
