The Unilodge Group caters mainly to Students. They provide long term housing at affordable rates but they also provide hotel style accommodation for shorter stays.

The UniLodge on Swanston apartments are opposite the RMIT campus and next door to Melbourne Central. Choices of apartments include studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments. All apartments have separate areas for studying, relaxing, sleeping and cooking.

Facilities include 24 hour on-site management and security, internet access from all rooms, a fully equipped business centre and student common room with a television and couches, as well as games facilities, snack food vending machines and a table tennis table. There is also a coin-operated laundry facility. ATM banking facilities and banking institutions are close walking distance and there is direct access to all major public transportation including trains, trams and buses.

I stayed here for a night and I had a good room with a fantastic view of the city. The room was clean, orderly and bright, though one shouldn't be expecting luxuries. Hotel rooms include a mini-bar and complimentary coffee and tea.

Unique Quality: The apartment was comfortable and surprisingly, devoid of dust.

The biggest plus point has to be the location. Very convenient.
