Place of mixed impression
This is my mixed impression on Punthill Manhattan:-
Company rented this place for long term till 08/2006 for those guys who need to come to Melbourne often. Said to be a 3-room apartment. This, I honestly think is a rip-off. The apartment is a 2-room proper, while the 3rd-room is a corner-of-living-room-converted-to-dressing-room type.
Thank God they fitted electric blanket on all 3 beds during winter months.
Can't believe the dial-up is using pulse dialing!!! I thought pulse dialing is already extinct!!
No decent WIFI reception in the room
Walking to Swanston St for dinner (after a hard day's work) is far but still ok (it's a downhill walk). But walking back is really not for the weak-limbed!
Every morning, we have to go into and out of collins place to catch a taxi to customer site.
Staff is quite helpful.
