Punt Hill Little Bourke

I would say this one and the one at 75 Flinders Lane are the best Punthill apartments in Melbourne CBD, having stayed in Manhattan, Flinders Lane, Little Bourke.

Stayed in studio type room most of the trips.
Upside
-Spacious room
-well equipped kitchen corner, well enough to cook up a storm.
-Spacious bath room
-Located at Little Bourke street, Melbourne's Chinatown, and just minutes walk from Lygon, Swanston, Chinatown.

Downside
-The Air Conditioning is eccentric. There is a note in the room that says you should set the temperature to no more than 25degC, beyond which the air cond may not work 'properly'. For someone who comes from hot country, 25 is still very COLD.

-No Free Broadband (compared to Short Stay)

Unique Quality: -Central Location
-Easy to get taxi (walk up to Exhibition-Little Bourke junction, there is a Taxi 'pool' in front of Rydes)

Directions: At Exhibition St, turn into Little Bourke St, about 50m later, to the right.
