It's a service apartment actually. The rooms are designed in simple and neat. Very clean. It has almost everything, a kitchen with all the cutlery and pots and plates and cups and boiler.. it has washing machine and dryer in the shower room with 2 towels, and a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. it has a dining table and a living room. very neat..
Unique Quality: It has a great view of the Art Centre, 1 minute walk to Art centre and 3 mins to the National Gallery of Victoria and 5 mins walk to Flinders station and Visitor Centre..
The best thing to me is that they have free internet at the front desk. Because I am a person who is addicted to the Internet. I check my mails from time to time and love chatting with my friends on MSN.. So it's a plus to me. Cause normally the hotel doesn't provide the internet free.. they charge.. They have Azure, the wireless internet provider but it works very slow, I paid with my credit card but the connection was very slow.. I had a laptop with me, i didn't really use it cause the connection was bad.. So I always go to the front desk and use the free internet..

These are actually apartments that you rent like a hotel.
The room we were in had 2 rooms with 2 double beds.
Kitchen with new stove, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, toaster. Cooking utensils, plates, pots and pans.
We had a bathroom each. A laundry with clothes washer and dryer, iron/ironing board.
A lounge room with a TV.
A balcony.
Remote control reverse cycle airconditioning.
The towels and beds were replaced everyday. We were living like kings.
This room cost only AUS$200 per night.
Unique Quality: 5 minute walk to Crown Casino and the Yarra river.
10 minute walk to Jeffs Shed (Exhibition Centre)
Some nice nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
