Hostels. I stayed at Toad Hall, and Elizabeth Hostel, And another less memorable one that I had to stay in due to late arrival.
A$70 - A$80 for 1 night in a double room that comes with attached bathroom.
Unique Quality: Clean, Toad Hall was slightly more expensive. They will give room key and gate key so that you can stay up all night and not fear being locked out unlike other hostels. Toad Hall is highly recommended.
