Nowhere near Bells Beach!
I have not stayed there, but driven past many times. The name is deceptive - it is located on the main highway through Torquay, at least 5kms from Bells Beach & 3 blocks from the Torquay front beach.
Do not stay here if you want to sleep beach-side.
Unique Quality: Very close to the surf shops & factory outlets. The only backpacker-style accomodation in town & easy to reach on public transport (bus).
