Newly constructed and opened in 1999, Walhalla’s Star Hotel is a faithful reconstruction of the original facades of the Star Hotel, Stevenson Sharebrokers Office and IOOF Hall. Located at the top end of Walhalla the hotel incorporates all modern amenities and facilities in luxurious, stylish surroundings.
Facilities include a private guest only lounge, quality a la carte restaurant with wine bar and twelve spacious suites. All suites have their own lounge, ensuite facilities, CD player and king size bed. A private cottage garden or section of the verandah is a feature enjoyed by all suites.
This is a lovely mountain retreat where you can enjoy the unique feel of the historic gold-era mixed with a natural bush environment.
