Lighthouse Beach Resort

Older style accommodation but very clean, the problem was that when the other guests started to party on it sounded like it was right in the room with us even though it was a couple of rooms away. We tried to contact somebody regarding the noise but no body was available. After climbing out of bed at 2am and finding the culprits we finaly got some sleep but it was pointless reporting this to the manager as he did nothing to make us feel better. A reduced rate or credit for our next stay would have been some kind of compensation. We will not be staying there again.

Unique Quality: The Lighthouse Beach Resort is ideally located near the CBD. It has beautiful views of the Indian Ocean yet only a short walk to lovely local beaches. It also boasts an excellent menu with fresh local produce and scrumptious South West wines at the Lighthouse Restaurant

For the price you pay to stay here, you get a lot in return.
The hotel is almost directly on the beach, with a view of the lighthouse it is named after. The scene at sunset is absolutely beautiful, and the view of the beach is also magnificent.
The rooms are very comfortable and clean, a good size, with a range to suit all budgets.
The indoor pool and spa are great after a day out seeing the sights, and the continental breakfast in the morning is also welcome.
The balcony had sunbeds, so that you could lie in the sun and read, and the room had airconditioning if the heat got a bit much.

Wonderful ambience, staff exceptionally nice and helpful on what to do. Rooms are huge and comfortable most of them with a jazzuci. You will also find an indoor heated swimming pool, spa and sauna, with games for children.

Unique Quality: Fantastic views over looking the Indian Ocean. Swimming pool, laundry, iron provided. Gym in the hotel and you have the choice of using the BBQ. Transfers to and from the train station in a Limo. The hotel will also arrange a trip in the Limo to Margaret river, and also Dolphin Tours on a very comfortable yacht with a specialised guide. 5 minutes walk to the centre.
