Relaxing cabin style!
Whilst Exmouth Cape may be that little further out from the main amenities than other parks/sites, the management make up for it all. When Cyclone Glenda had made it up to a yellow alert, Lee and Sharon couldn't have been more helpful and evaucated all of us without transport in both their business and personal vehicles without any consideration to doing otherwise. The morning after our evacuation, they were informative and helpful and only had the safety of residents forefront in their mind! Now the new camp kitchen is finished, this is a place where you can get all levels of campsite accommodation from site through to cabin and, for those on a budget, shared bunkhouses/dormitories.
2007 Update : Unfortunately, Lee and Sharon have moved on from managing this park. I hope the new managers turn out to be such nice people. The Camp Kitchen & BBQ area should now be complete for guests to enjoy.
Unique Quality: Nice pool for if you don't have the energy (or transport) to go to the beach. Easy access to Grace's tavern for the beer runs. Oh, and just how often DO you get to see an emu stroll through?!!!!
