Margies Hotel
I stayed in the spa room, which obviously had a spa, but also a fireplace, and bar fridge. Perfect for a one night stay.
Just a warning - if you stay on a Thursday night, it's karoake night, and that means it's loud, real loud and til about 1am in the morning!
Unique Quality: Right in the centre of town, walking distance to everthing.

Margaret River Hotel
You can not get any more central than this for staying, shopping and dining. Their rooms re Economy, Standard, Family and Deluxe (king size bed, spa and fireplace).
The hotel has a wine bar and bistro (d'Vine) which serves woodfired gourmet pizzas or dishes based on local produce. There is also the Corner Bar which has live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. They also have a Big Screen with Fox Sports.

Margaret River's Best Hotel!
I'd be telling fibs if I said I'd stayed here... the reason I mention this place is because of the social atmosphere and gigs they have.
Unique Quality: The hotels live entertainment Friday and Saturday nights, the Corner Bar is a great place to catch up with everyone you met earlier down at the beach or in the surf!
There's an awesome atmosphere in the beer garden and inside you can shoot a game of pool or watch your favourite sport but the best part is you can meet the local friendly people of the area.
I think its a great way to end the day by relaxing with new friends!!
