Restaurant OK
Hotel looks very dated and needs some money spending on it. Restauarant was OK and not too expensive but not great, carpets and seating stained and needs to be replaced and refurbished despite being a finalist (how many were there?) in good food competition.

I was very impressed, a total resort & a great location, has personality plus privacy, i really enjhoyed my last visit & now i imagine It's even better
last visit on March, 1994.

5 Star accomadation on the beach
I got a package, one nights accom, ocean view room (we got the 17th floor), champagne on arrival, dinner for two (no catches or strings attached)3 course, buffet breakfast for two. All for 99.00 AUD per person. This was however not in summer, it was in Autumn, however our autumns are like a mild summer anyway.
Unique Quality: Absolutely beautiful, living in Perth i honestly felt like i was on a holiday. The views are unbelievable over the ocean. The restaurants beautiful. i stayed for 1 night and will defiantly go again. The hotels features and services were defiantly high class, however this hotel is not out of anyones budget with specials throughout the year

Observation Rise - Scarborough...
Now that would be giving away too much information!!!
Unique Quality: The All Seasons Observation Rise Apartments Is Spread Over Nearly Two Hectares.
Uninterupted ocean views... right on the beachside of the highway... large balconies overlooking the unspoiled white sands of Scarborough Beach and the crystal blue waters of the Indian Ocean... spas... first class furnishings with large kitchen facilities of the finest kind. Plenty of entertaining room... but then again I was in the penthouse!! :o)
All this only 20 minutes away from the centre of Perth.
