We are coming to Perth, again! Most properties states the max number of guests allowed and I wonder how they consider 3 young children ages 3yrs, 2yrs and 10mths. We are looking for a self-serviced apartment/house (preferably), we are going to have a rental car, so staying away from public transportation is not a problem.
Now, does anyone know of a place that can fit us all, is nice and clean and cost $350-$400 for 2 nights?
You don't say when you will be here. Without knowing dates it's just about impossible to suggest somewhere.
Does the two year old sleep in a bed or in a cot? Some places will have one cot as a free extra and would consider 4 adults, 2 children and a baby a group of 6, but with a two year old who needs a cot you really need to contact them to see if two cots can be provided.
Yes..what time of the year? I had a relative with three children stay at Cottesloe Beach Chalets which are about 1 minute away from the beach. It does depend when you plan to visit!! Check: www.cottesloebeachchalets.com.au
Thanks guys - we are actually coming in October. I've managed to get hold of a place that is reasonably priced for all of us - @320 for 2 nights (there are some other costs, but would not add up a lot, I hope).
The place is Shoalwater Bay Beach House and since we have a car, we should not have any problems getting there.

Shoalwater Bay is quite a way south of Perth, about 40km, but with good road access though you'll want to avoid travelling on it in rush hour traffic as it can be very slow.
try real estate agents in perth. When we went to queensland with our 4 children i found it much cheaper to rent through a real estate. I work in a caravan park in victoria and they charge 110 to 300 a cabin a night for 2 people but the local real estate charges 150 a night for a house unlimited people ask for linen

When I got off of the ship, me and a friend were instantly greeted by the people of Perth. As we walked the streets we found a great pub and we only had to buy three pints of of what seemed like 20.

Don't worry, your visit to Perth might not be as bad as in hell. Anna works in a car smashing company around Canningvale,-->which means generally repair smashed cars after accidents.
Hope this will bring her some potential clients :P
Trees along the road to Margaret River Actually, this tree is dead or dying. It got some illness which can stop it from drinking water.
On the way to Margaret River, there are so many such kind of trees:(
Australias country icon - The Windmill. A saviour to stockmen and their livestock everywhere. Even on smaller properties its the most efficent way to get precious water up from sometimes miles beneath the surface.
The Wildflower Festival is held in September each year in Kings Park. There are various garden themed landscapes to inspire gardeners as well as floral art, botanical paintings and talks on everything from potting procedures, photography, fun craft lessons and entertainment such as Aboriginal dance and the Australian Girls Choir.
