Best value

We booked a Studio Apartment room in Goodearth from Hotelclub.com at S$136. Value for money.

The room is spacious and clean with a queen bed. We are suprise to find the cooking facitilies inside.

There is shower only in the bathroom. The bathroom is little crampy but we are not fussy about that. Shampoo and bath gel are provided but no tooth brush.

There is free limited carpark space upon availability. Please get a code number from the reception to access the carpark. If the carpark is full, you may choose to park the car along the road side.

We are lucky to get a free carpark space right in front of the lobby after few turning. Do read the parking sign carefully on the charges. Parking during weekend is free on certain day.

Unique Quality: near bus stop, car rental

Good price - Goodearth!

I stayed here for 5 nights in early June 2008 at the end of a 4-week holiday around Australia.

The hotel is situated on the outer edge of the CBD but within the Perth Transit Free Zone - meaning that if you don't fancy the walk into the city centre, you can ride the bus for free!!

The hotel itself is situated on the corner of Adelaide Terrace and Burt Way, just past the Sheraton and Novotel on Adelaide Terrace as you are exiting the city centre.

A welcoming reception area houses the hotel's internet facilities, hair salon/spa, snack sales area and access to the bar and restaurant.

Rooms are of adequate size, each with its own balcony with rooms at the rear of the hotel having views over the Swan River. Standard rooms are equipped with a double bed, small refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities and TV with en-suite shower rooms.

Unique Quality: In the recpetion area, you will find an area where snacks and meals are available for purchase. Staff on reception will heat your meal for you so that you can take it back to your room.

Hotel with self-contained rooms

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Although it's not right at the heart of Perth city...it's easily accessible by CAT service or a 10min brisk walk from the city. It's near to the Mint Museum so can just pop by for a visit to this 'must-see' attraction. The room comes with full amenities which include a kitchenette with cooking utensils & cutlery, ensuite w bathtub, coffee/tea making utilities, hair-dryer, freezer etc. The room was clean and well serviced throughout our stay. There are vending machines for drinks/chips/ice-cream as well as other grocery items at the hotel lobby which you can purchase.

Unique Quality: I like that it's a self-contained room which I can do my own cooking for dinner/supper 'cos the shops/restaurants in Perth close very early.

Goodearth IS GOOD

The Goodearth is a Hotel which offers Apartment Accommodation. Fantastic - large size rooms with self-contained kitchen. We travelled with children and rooms were great. A playground is located about 2 minutes walk on the river foreshore.
A little out of the City, but easy access with FREE public bus transport withing the city. Lovely views of the river - make sure you ask for a riverview - it is worthwhile. Great Restaurant with huge meals. Breakfast buffet is very cheap and has everything you could ever ask for. You never go hungry when staying at the Goodearth.
You can book tours at the reception desk, the staff have great local knowledge about what to see and do. The staff are friendly, the hotel is very clean.

Unique Quality: Staff are friendly, polite & knowledgable. Service is fantastic even during really busy times.

Execellent Location

The hotel was well kept , clean and very nice location in the downtown of Perth.
The room has kitchenette ( sink, stove and fridge), however our room had only shower tray (no tub).
The internet service on the hotel was Au$2 for 20 mins, but if you go to the internet outlet around the city it's AU$3 for an hour.
Overall it was good experience only thing that bothered us the very early check out time at 10.00 am, but they did offer aroom to shower and laugage room.
