INTERCONTINENTAL BURSWOOD RESORT PERTH

We were given our stay in this hotel as a gift and it couldn't have been a nicer present to receive. This is a top class hotel with all the trimmings you expect at this level of hotel standards. The Burswood Complex is amazing there is 2 hotels this one is the original hotel while the Holiday Inn is newer, the room we stayed in looked refurbished & new. The decor was classy clean & neat the sliding screen from the bathroom let you watch TV from the tub. The room was huge & had a great view of the river. There is a minibar/fridge coffee/tea making facilities, luxury bath products, robe & even slippers. The check in & out was efficient & fast, the staff friendly. The breakfast buffet included in our stay was fantastic.

Unique Quality: The wonderful thing about this hotel is it's position, close to Perth City only a $12 taxi or $3 bus ride away but as it's set on the river & surrounded by gardens & golf course you feel a million miles from the hustle & bustle of the city centre. The adjoining casino & Burswood Theatre complex plus the numerous restaurants make this a great place to stay after a show or gamble!! The pool which we didn't use as the weather didn't allow looked great to. The surounding park with lakes & fountains is a great spot to have a wedding. We were guests at one last year & the photos turned out great..

Best Resort Hotel In Perth

I have most probably stayed at this hotel on at least 10 occassions and never been disappointed. We have always been given a good room, there are a number of good restaurants to dine in or if you only need a light meal you can eat at the food court near the casino. The hotel is operated by the Intercontinental Group and sets high standards, the facilities are excellent including luxury swimming pool, gym, 18 hole golf course, nightclub etc etc.Should this not be enough you can chance your luck in the casino.

The most popular 5 star hotel in Perth

The Burswood Hotel is about the most popular hotel in Perth. I have not stayed there in a long time, but friends who have stayed there fairly recently were very happy with their experiences.

Unique Quality: This is a 5 star hotel attached to the Burswood Casino. There are many restaurants and bars. My favourite restaurants there are Victoria Station (more upmarket than it sounds) and Windows (top class dining). It also has a venue where there are frequent shows or concerts, so you may be able to see a show while staying at the hotel.

It has all the facilities you can think of including a Day Spa and Health & Fitness Centre. Burswood Hotel has great views of the City, East Perth and the Swan River.

Only 10 minutes from the domestic and international airports and about five minutes from the city, it is well located for tourists.

The complex is on 100 hectares of beautifully landscaped gardens and parklands.

Perth's best hotel

Being a 5 star resort this was a very unique stay for us. We had a ball that night in the hotel and stayed in a club king room all for only 330.00 which included pre dinner drinks and breakfast in the morning as well as access to the private lounge.

The views of the room were great!!!

The room itself was stunning and not what i have seen before. It was very spacious with spa, seperate shower and seperate toilet.

Unique Quality: The stunning interior really made us feel like we were on holidays's!!!! the helpfull concierge! Staff were always very happy.

The Burswood Hotel is also connected to the casino and much more!!!

The Ultimate in Luxury Accommodation

The Burswood hotel is a one-stop place for luxury accomodation and entertainment. It has its own casino, theatres, bars and restaurants.

During the year Burswood offers special accommodation packages to concert ticket holders. I took this opportunity and booked tickets online for the Sarah Brightman concert and got a special package for one night's accommodation in a luxurious River Suite overlooking the Swan River, complete with bed and breakfast. This only cost AUD 220.00. Staying at the Burswood was one of the highlights of my trip.

Unique Quality: The Suite had a large marble bathroom with a large bath, separate shower, bedroom with two king-sized beds, mini bar and lounge area. It also had tea/coffee/toast facilities, hairdryer, security safe, colour television, in-house movies, AM/FM radio and high speed data connection for internet access. The view of the Swan River was beautiful. The hotel also has a magnificent pool and a lovely garden which could both be seen from the room.

5 Star Luxury

I was lucky enough to stay in this 5 star hotel when l was in Perth. It has everything your hearts desires.. of course for a price. I stayed for a few days and sampled the delights of various restaurants.. of course they had an Irish Bar (Paddy Hannan's) that really did look like an Irish bar. Apparently it was shipped lock, stock and barrel direct from Ireland to Perth.
I lost 10 bucks in the bucks in the casino.. and l swam in the pool whilst sipping champange Had singapore slings in the cocktail bar, the best this side of Singapore. At night l ate in the Chinese restaurant whilst watching a guy loose 5k on a playing table... and l thought l was crazy... if you want to be pampered then this is the place to go to.

Unique Quality: Great Views from the room. The hotel has everything from a gym to a beauty room, and many restaurants, a casino, and a cocktail bar.. my favourite... golf course, plenty of entertainment. The only downside is it is expensive.. but you dont have to stay in the hotel to sample the delights of the services they have on offer...
