Terrible Service
My partner and I just spent an anniversary night at the Novotel Langley. While the rooms were clean and spacious, it was hard for us to relax and enjoy our visit after it took us an hour and a half simply to check in. The Reception were unhelpful and unfriendly, parking was a nightmare, we were given the wrong instructions for getting in to our room and so had to go up and down the lift three times - which was made even more difficult when the lifts were 'reserved' for wedding guests. Then, to top it off they 'forgot' that we'd been booked in for a special package (despite charging us for it) and we had to remind them of all the things said package was supposed to include. I would not return to stay at this hotel, its hard to get a good sleep when you're that stressed from dealing with poor service!

Pleasant stay in Novotel
We reached Novetel at 8am and allowed to check in with availability of room during weekday. The room we are given come with two queen beds.
The room is spacious and clean with complimentary hot chocolate, tea and coffee. There is shower and bathtub in the bathroom. Shampoo and bath gel are provided but no tooth brush.
We have our second stay on weekend. No early check and only one queen bed is given this time. But overall, the stay is pleasant.
If you need a cab going airport for early flight, just told the reception and they will arrange for you. We pay about $38 for taking a cab at 5am to airport (with midnight charge). Normal hours is $33.
Unique Quality: Hotel nearby is Goodearth which is also a good choice for stay.
Thifty, M2000 and Baywater car rental, bus-stop are in walking distance.
Novetal charge $15 for overnight parking during our stay.

Novotel Langley Hotel
The Novotel is very central in the CBD and most of their room shave great views of ther Swong River and the City. Rooms comprise twin and queen rooms, suites with jacuzzi’s and one bedroom apartments complete with a fully equipped kitchen for longer stays.
There are two restaurants – The Gazebo with a buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner and Horsefeathers for casual a la carte dining. There is also Fenian’s Pub which of course sells Guiness with an outdoor terrace area and a place to check your emails or surf the web. The Lobby Bar is open 6 nights a week for more formal relaxing’

Overlooking the River
We stayed in a spa room at this hotel which overlooks the river. The room was very large as was the bathroom and both were very clean. We were on quite a high floor with a 180 degree view over the river.
The hotel also has spa's on the top floor of the hotel, above the fitness centre and these have direct views over the river which is beautiful at night time.
The hotel is very close to the centre of perth, within walking distance, and is also close to restaurants and night life.
Unique Quality: The spa's on the top floor of the hotel are great. you definately have to try them out if you stay here.

Novotel Langley Perth - Jacuzzi Suite
HI ,
Im looking at staying at the Novotel Langley in the Jacuzzi Suite. I cant fnid any pitures on the net and the hotel themselves do not have any.
Is there anyone who has stayed there and coudl help me out?
Just wanting to see if its good enough for how much it will cost?

Hi My son stayed there 2 years ago and said the hotel had been renovated and rooms were excellent. He said the rooftop had a Jacuzzi , but I guess some rooms may have them. Why not go back to website and email them your queries.

I went for a meal in the new Novotel in Exmouth recently, I was a fantastic place, if the Perth one is anywhere near as good it will be one of the best hotels in Perth(but the Exmouth one is brand new)
