The view from our room.
by marjam72When we walked into our room, we were horrified to see that it was a box with a view of a brick wall. We went down to complain, only to be met with a VERY indifferent cold sholder. The attendant didn't care and the manager refuse to talk to us. We were told that it was to bad that we were unhappy, we would not be getting a refund.
We walked out and lost our money - which was alot considering ths size of this room!!
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! Terrible rooms and even worse customer service!!!
The terrible customer service - never come across anything so bad in all of my life.
