The customer service is shocking, they close for lunch for 2 hours & its very badly ran..!!
The manager is extremly rude, unhelpful & unfriendly & this I observed
throughout my stay.
the other staff & unhelpful & asking them for anything is a big deal, & either wont help you
ot just huff & puff if they have to leave their film for a minute...
The cleaner lady was really nice..!
the kitchen it supposed to be open to 11, sometimes it would be closed at 10 or earlier.
Otherwise its ok, but i would fire most of the staff & run it properly.
