Rydges Hideaway Resort: Fantastic Resort

We stayed here with our teenage daughter in Dec08/Jan09 for a week but wished we'd stayed longer. The service from all staff - porters, front desk, entertainment, maintenance, gardeners, waiters, bar staff and everyone else was second to none - always a big smile and a BULA! - the friendliest and most helpful people you could find. The pool was sparkling and had a water slide which was fun. Our Bure was huge! Very clean and the most comfortable beds - we even had the luxury of an indoor or outdoor shower - we opted for the later most times as it was wonderful!! The food was fantastic also - we chose not to have the all inclusive package as we were doing a few tours and didn't think we'd use the value. We found the prices quite reasonable for a resort and we have re-booked to return this December - but for 2 weeks this time and once again chose not to use the all inclusive package. We are already counting down the days - we can't wait to see all of the staff again and am sure this will not be our last holiday at the Hideaway. This is a fantastic Resort for all.
