NoticeDon't forget the sunscreen
Pack as little as possible,it will mean less to lug around, especially if you are going to some of the out islands by boat. In Fiji's tropical climate, light cotton casuals are best. When outside the tourist areas you will need to cover-up. Women should take along some long dresses or skirts for this purpose. Also be sure to take a sarong or two so you can cover up that swimsuit out of respect for the village women. Take your tolietries in small bottles to take up less room and weight. Do take a lot of of sunscreen and apply it often. Take what you will need for all those pictures that you won't want to miss. Don't forget to put sunscreen on your lips. Fiji is the only place that I have ever gotten my lips sunburnt. They were twice their normal size!
