The thing that stood out the most was the size of the room.
It was tiny and the furniture seemed to be packed and squeezed into it which made it seem smaller. We had twin beds which, once pushed together allowed a bit more space.
The rest of the hotel was great,
Location was a bit out there. Seemed to be a long walk to the CBD and there is nothing much around the hotel. There are University Buildings nearby and a leafy park like grounds across the road.
Parking is free but be quick .... the parking area available is very limited.
Outside noise was quite acceptable, the road is pretty busy during the day but nellowed out at night.
The balconies are tiny and forget about the views of the harbour ...it will be a glimpse at most.
