Hotel with the hardest bed ever
Me and my partner requested that we were goin to be checking in at 7.30pm we waited 40 mintues even more outside in the cold waiting for the recepetion to open the door. We got a room that had the hardest bed same feeling as sleeping on the ground. The room was very small. We requested to get a room with a softer bed and got a room with the exact same bed. The room also had no toilet paper or towels which we also had to go out of our way to request these items.
