Lakeside accommodation
The Okawa Bay Resort is located on the shores of Lake Rotoiti, about 15 minutes drive from central Rotorua . It's a very pleasant place, the food was good, my room was comfortable, so I enjoyed my stay (though it was almost constantly raining).
Unique Quality: The location is definitely one of the strengths of the resort. The rooms have views over the lake or the surrounding gardens. The hotel has a private beach on the shores of Lake Rotoiti, spa pools, heated swimming pool and floodlit tennis courts.
