    The Okawa Bay Resort is located on the shores of Lake Rotoiti, about 15 minutes drive from central Rotorua . It's a very pleasant place, the food was good, my room was comfortable, so I enjoyed my stay (though it was almost constantly raining).

    The location is definitely one of the strengths of the resort. The rooms have views over the lake or the surrounding gardens. The hotel has a private beach on the shores of Lake Rotoiti, spa pools, heated swimming pool and floodlit tennis courts.
