Scenic Hotel Te Pania

very nice staff...very hospitable and friendly...got some complimentary pens....strategically placed hotel near the beach to spend time with that special someone ......it was my lucky time...with a beautiful voluptuous foxy sexy woman....to die for.....i wore my favorite red tie ... which was the attraction ... yeah. now back to the hotel....one thing that was missing was a sink in the unit....apart from that it was very classy....
now where was i .....aah yes...the bed...very nice very moving......although spent time in it alone......i sure that will change on my honey moon with that beautiful guest....when we return....

staff ... very hospitable .. friendly and very welcoming .... the rooms were of excellent taste and decor and ambiance was of superior quality and charm ... other guests were extremely nice ..wow..even got a couple of shouts at the bar ... nice...restaurant staff were superb in attention and service ... i couldn't of asked for more... my every need was attended to .. amazing. And the Bed was to just die on ... I had to drag myself out of that Bed ..... The scene was incredible to wake up on the fifth floor to see a sunrise of spectacular glory ... wow... and a walk across the road to the beach .. was like living in paradise ... I will recommend this hotel to everyone i know... and i will surely stay there again ... whoop whoop

Unique Quality: outstanding for me was ... the guest with the red tie !!!!!!! what a view !!!! and we got a discount of over 50 percent on a new world docket .....

great location, comfortable, sunny and new hotel right across the street from the beach. every single room has a view! it's built on a semi circle - the back side is the hall, which faces the parking lot. the front side are the rooms, and it faces east - to the rising sun!

there are laundry services on floors 2 and 4 and also internet service on floor 2 (dial up - yuck). modern decor. I very much liked this hotel and would stay there again.

directly across the street is a fabulous spa - I got a massage and there are several outdoor hot pools to choose from - absolute bliss!

The hotel looks pretty regular from the outside till you check into you room. Just along Marine Parade is a view of the ocean that is to die for. You'll instantly be refreshed! Rooms are indeed comfortable with air conditioning, mini bar with coffe & tea making facilities, and internet dialup access. Services include wireless hotspot, laundry and fitness centre but not certainly the ever warm, welcoming and accomodating staff. They are graciously polite. No smoking in the lobby by the way. Lobby has a bar and neat chic-looking restaurant with a view of the coast. Food is alright. Located a walk away from the art district and on the weekends, markets set up just down Marine Parade which are worth checking out. Opposite the hotel is a spa with outdoor and heated swimming pool. There's also a little cafe there. Access to the beach any time.

this hotel looks oh so beautiful from the outside and it has very luxurious rooms too! the view from the room is fantastic with sights of the beach with dark sand just before your eyes! i definitely would like to go back there for a stay!
