last minute let down
We were let down by the managers of Russell Cottages after booking a cottage for New Year. 3 weeks after making our booking they came back saying the owners wanted to use the property so we had a mad rush on the day we travelled to NZ trying to find an alternative. Unprofessional and unhelpful - not the type of attitude we had expected.
