We stopped at the Cambridge hotel while passing by, it was suggested by our Lonely Planet guide (economy accomodation section). It was high season and the hotel is centrally located, so I must admit we were lucky to find a free triple room for 130NZ$, which is a good price in Wellington.
We had a very positive impression on the staff, but a very bad one on our room. Everything in the room was old and dusty, and the bathroom was dirty.
The hotel has no parking.
