  • This hotel is located right in the city centre, with easy walking distances to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

  • Directions: You can access the hotel via Lambton Quay. Look out for the Novotel Hotel sign on Lambton Quay, near the cable car, walk into the shopping arcade and take the lift/elevator to level 9.

  • This hotel has some of the vital comforts for travellers...comfy bed, bath, internet access. However it lacks some of the other basics, e.g. guest laundry, good water pressure in the shower, a bathroom two people can fit in to. The restaurant is passable...the service slow and the food just okay. The staff are good and the location is excellent.
