    Nice clean rooms - plenty of hot water (very very important) - and bathrooms are clean as well... With a shared kitchen and TV room, there is plenty of opportunities to mingle and make new friends for sure. Did I forgot to mention that the staff are ever so friendly?

    Rolleston House is centrally located along the tram route and opposite the Arts Centre (with its colourful weekend art and craft markets), the Canterbury Museum and Botanic Gardens.

    Fully accessible rooms, with share or ensuite bathroom. A mixture of share and ensuite bathrooms. Every room (except multi-share) with television, telephone and radio. Guest laundry with washing tub. Large guest kitchen, with full facilities. Large guest lounge, with TV, video and pool table.

    Internet facilities. Luggage storage available. Mountain bike hire and bike storage. Outdoor BBQ area. Public Airport Bus drops off and picks up only 50 metres from door. Across the road to the Arts Centre, Botanic Gardens, Museum, Tram and only one block from the city centre.

    This B & B is on the route of the restored classic tramway. The beautiful old trams pass many attractions, including the Cathedral, Worcester Boulevard, the Arts Centre with its weekend market and the "Court" live theatre, and Canterbury Museum..short walk to Casino!!

    Nicely located centrally, although not walking distance from downtown. It was easy to drive around and return to the motel, although traffic builds up around 3pm and 5 pm.

    Very pleasant units, with nice facilities, iron, cooking items, tv, etc. This is a 4-star Qualmark motel and I feel it deserves that high rating. The owners are very friendly and obliging, and that is so important when one is travelling and perhaps tired.

Buses to the centre and the local beaches leave directly from the doorstep. Shuttle buses will pick up and drop off guests. Available for energetic guests are mountain bikes.!
