Lorenzo Motor Lodge

We recently stayed at The Lorenzo Motor Lodge which was fab. The Lorenzo is ideally located on Riccarton Rd which is a few minutes drive from the airport or buses from the airport stop right outside. There is a selection of restaurants, bars, cafes etc. right on the door step. The Westfield Mall shopping centre is a 10 minute walk away. It's a few minutes drive into the centre of Christchurch or a pleasant 10 - 15 minute walk through Hagley Park. The owners were super friendly and were happy to provide us with lots of local information.

Unique Quality: We stayed in a deluxe spa suite which was a good size and spotlessly clean. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything that you might need. The bathroom was large and was complete with a large spa bath. Lorenzo is slightly more expensive than the average motor type lodge but you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
