Mr Rugby of Christchurch
If you travel to Christchurch, I can wholeheartedly recommend The Pacific Park Hotel. Run by the Norton Family, Taine the ex All Black and his son Richard, we could not have had a more friendly welcome than we encountered during our 5 night stay in June 2005. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, in fact they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and the rest.
Unique Quality: Although there was a major refurbishment ongoing to the Bar and Restaurant, we were not disappointed when it came to either Food or Drink. These are genuinely hospitable people who will enhance anybody's stay in this wonderful part of the world.
