A bit of the beaten track but good value
Good basic hotel accommodation. Clean and comfortable altho the beds were a bit soft (I like hard mattress). Rooms are compact - the one I was in could sleep 3 (a double and a single), basic but comfortable. Better value for money than being right on Cathedral Square.
Unique Quality: Nothing unique about this place, just a good clean value for money place to stay. And only about 15-20 minutes walk into the City Centre which makes it convenient if you want to save a bit of money. Ask for a room near the back if you don't want the noise from vehicles driving into the reception dropoff area,
