Hanmer Holiday Homes Ltd.

A company that caters in renting out entire houses for vacation. The homes are fully furnished with everything you needed. There's no need to purchase any kitchen utensils, pots and pans. They are all included with the price.

Unique Quality: Huge houses can be rented for groups of people in excess of 10! The particular house we rented was for 6 people.

Alpine Garden Motel: Alpine Garden Motel

If on a budget of about a hundred New Zealand dollars a night, then the Alpine Garden Motel should do. There isnt anything all that exciting to say about the property. There are 9 self contained units that are all well cleaned and looked after. From your front porch you can get some great views of the surrounding hills and in the motel reception office you can find the motels fat cat that seems to be content to sleep on the armchair 24 hours.

Unique Quality: Check out their collection on VHS tapes available for rent in the motel office. The collection is outdated, but that only means you will find some of your old favorites.
