Kayaking tours
by cybergenic
Hi there, has anyone had any experience with http://www.marlboroughsounds.co.nz/ kayaking tours?
They look reasonable but personal experience is the proof in the pudding.
Any other companies you can recomend for kayaking/camping would be apreciated.
Thanks

Hi,
I live right here in sight of the company and have been around them for years. They have an excellent reputation. The Sounds is one of the most beautiful places in the world to kayak.
See: http://www.marlboroughsounds.co.nz/seakayaking/seakayaking-in-the-marlborough-sounds/
Then there is the Able Tasman Park west of Nelson that is reknowned for the sea kayaking and is considered the ultimate

The course at Koromiko looks like a goody. I didn't have any clubs so just walked the course - I got funny looks from the green-keeper but all sweet otherwise. The cost is $15 per round on this 9 hole course - you play the white tees to start & finish on the blue.

"Picton"
Visited Picton on February 1st: that's equal to August 1st in Britain. However, the temperature didn't go above 15.5C/60F.
The weather wasn't awful everywhere in NZ, but, apart from Napier & Auckland it was pathetic!
