Steer clear if you expect clean, ironed sheets. On turning bed down, we found un-ironed, and possibly unlaundered sheets. Could not tell if they had been changed. Manager emphatic that they were clean, but seemed unconcerned about not being ironed.

If they had been laundered, either the laundry company of the sheets need changing. There were 'dirty' marks on the ones replaced and the 'new' ones !

To add insult to injury, on check out they tried to charge us for the phone call reporting the problem !

For top price hotel, it does not reflect well. There are many choices in Nelson - try one.
