Historic B&B in the centre of Dunedin.
This beautiful old rambling wooden villa on the hill above Dunedin's central square dates back to the mid 1800s and is a listed property. The location is perfect, allowing you to explore Dunedin on foot, but there is plenty of off-road parking if you have a car. The staff are really friendly and there is a relaxed and welcoming environment. I stayed here for 5 nights at the start of my 12 day holiday in Otago and Southland.
Unique Quality: Guests have access to the internet in the large and impressive dining room. There is a free laundry and all rooms have TV and video. Norman, the manager/owner and your host has a good sized video library too. I recommend borrowing "Scarfies", a local production that will provide you with an alternative view of life in Dunedin!
