Luxury on the Waterfront; no hills to climb!!

One of the best locations in town. Short walk from the wharf. Really nice condo/luxury apartments--full kitchens, many units with balconies, all units overlook Lake Wakitipu.

Excellent service; rooms made up every day. Laundry facility available (also in unit, but we didn't find it to be very good so used the main one).

Would definitely recommend it to anyone willing/able to spend the money.

Unique Quality: Outstanding views of the lake. From our apt we watched the Earnslaw, parasailers, jet boats, para-bungy (!), and even a barge full of sheep being unloaded!!

Many Q'Town hotels are located up steep hills..tough on old knees. Waterfront is at water level, across street from Park Royal.

Penthouse units have grills and hot tubs
