New Zealand's worst hotel
Kept awake till 1:30 am by pounding upstairs
Complained. 3 times to desk. Complaints not acted upon and clerks lied about what said
Most importantly they laughed in my face when I complained.
Breakfast was scanty - they put out 1 plate of fruit and that was it for the morning
I was "invited" to sit at a table that had not been cleared from the previous occupants
Unique Quality: Clerks laugh in your face if you complain
