One of the best hotels in Garapan, Saipan.
Fiesta Resort & Spa (on internet also called Dai-Ichi Hotel Saipan) is on the beach in centre of Garapan. Short distance to good restaurants and shopping centers.
Clean and nice hotel with friendly staff.
