FEEL AT HOME...A Pleasurable trip
I travelled alone & stayed at Airai Water Paradise Hotel & Spa for 12 days.Palau was one of my travel
destination after a long years of working in a bank.My friend suggest that if i have plan to visit Palau I
Should choose Airai Water Paradise Hotel & Spa because of the good service Hotel & Spa because of the good service they provide for every guest & the location is GOOD for a summer getaway & a quite place to relax & release all the stress you get from a long years of working so hard.I was amazed because
what my friend tell me is exactly what I experience here in the hotel.STAFF are all nice & very courtoues.They are all willing to help on every single request & question we ask to them.WIFI is free I can easily get in touch with my family left at home.
Food is fresh & fantastic.
You will enjoy while watching the sunrise while inside the restaurant.This hotel provide all the amenities/facilities we look for,Big Swimming pool,Gym,Gift shop & Spa.The rooms are BIG with great ocean views.Closet inside for diving gear.They also have safety box to ensure your personal belongings safe.This hotel is the place everyone will be looking for,not only for a very GOOD service they provide,but also you will not feel far from home because of the homely atmosphere here.
Unique Quality: GOOD LOCATION.BEST STAFF.
HOMELY ATMOSPHERE.

EXPEXT THE UNEXPECTED!
My husband & our friends stayed in Airai Water Paradise Hotel & Spa
for 7days for our vacation.we book for 3 rooms.First on our check in date the staffs are very accommodating,friendly & nice.She help us to book for rent a car,also for our diving tours they show us all thier available brochure & help us to choose the best one.When we enter our rooms we are quite surprise when we found out that we have a free spa set,my husband & I enjoyed it a lot. were just feel sorry because they didn't sell it.Breakfast is very GOOD buffet style everyday.We almost lost control...amazingly delicious food.once you started you never know you already eat to much.Swimming Pool is extremely different.It was the BIG pool & the water slide I ever saw in my whole years of travel.Our Friends also try thier Spa.Thier spa lady tell them that the classical balinese is the most requested & popular in this hotel,and i believe with them,because after they do spa with my friends they say very relaxing & truly stress free.I think we should try it the next time.They also have gym.So after an hour of heavy meal try to loosen some wieghts you gain,by trying the trend mill & 15 mins on bicycle i think it's not a big deal to eat a lot.Free shuttle to downtown.So if ever you want to buy something or just want to take a look on the shopping center just make a reservation on the front desk & only 15mins you already there.Generally it's a GREAT vacation experience in This hotel Airai Water Paradise Hotel & Spa!I think we will bring our family here next year to spend our Christmas vacation.

Pool Side Party / I love Dancing
We are newly wed couple & we stayed in this hotel for almost one week.It was also our First Christmas vacation together.We check in Dec. 24 & we really surprise because there is a Party in the pool side & everybody is invited.My wife & I joined them with a live band playing great music so everything is WOW.After the Party we watch the stars shining & it feel so relaxing.
While the moon is as big as it was a Full Moon.It is worth of living in Palau only in this very hotel! and that was a real pleasure to be there. Everything is just for you and your wishes. . but the service make its best! We extend our stay here until Jan 1st so we also experience thier new year celebration & its also very fun,they had Party for the staff but then we are also invited,my wife & I joined the zumba dance & it's GREAT.We love it.We love this hotel & were Planning to Celebrate our 1st Wedding Anniversary here.It was a destination that exceeded our expectations on almost every point.
Unique Quality: EXCEPTIONAL.We stayed room #228 & its for truly honeymooners.Big room & great facilities inside.we both love the big jacuzzi.Electric water pot for me its good because i always want to have coffee during night time & tea for my wife.The views are really great.We always love to watch the ocean everytime we wake up in the morning.Its truly a great & unforgetable experience in Palau.

Hidden Paradise
I stayed four nights in the hotel for our family chinese new year vacation.Our room was on the second floor with a swiping view of the ocean.Great location, great service, great staff.Gym is wonderful for my kids love to exercise every morning.The front desk delt with any and every request and question we had.The breakfast is terrific our family enjoyed & we didnt missed to eat every morning of our four nights stay.For sure i will bring again my family here on our next vacation.I will recommend to my friends & relatives to experience wonderful stay in this hotel.
Unique Quality: It's great we can still communicate with our long distance relatives,with thier free wifi available in the lobby & restaurant you can chat with them anytime you want for free connection.Swimming pool is Excellent.They said it is the biggest here in Palau.My kids love to slide in the BIG water slide.It's Great & Fantastic stay.

Paradise on Earth
This is my first time to stay in this hotel. I've been stayed for 5 nights. I like the quite and peaceful environment, very clean, good breakfast and free internet facility.. I also like the landscaping and hotel outline.The biggest wood carving at the lobby i'am so amazed.Very convenient for anybody if you wanna go to down town has a shuttle service from hotel to downtown,and it easy to get a rental car by the help of receptionist we been drived the babel daob island so wonderful.
This place the perfect escape of the hassles of the city. If you're looking to experience real island, peaceful vacation or to concentrate of some work while also having a pleasant stay-- then this is the place for you.
The staff- is very courtoues,outstanding in everyway,we always felt very "welcome"
throuhout our entire stay.
Room-is meticulously clean, spacious and comfortable, most reasonable approximately
equal to the rates.Has Electric pot,free coffee & tea bags.Safety box,New Aircondition,
flat screen TV extremely comfortable.
Restaurant-Breakfast buffet,lunch dinner the quality of the food is consistently good,the menu
sufficiently varied,especially the FISH PESTO(roasted fish with pesto served with
onion, potato and vegetables while eating you can over looked the view of the ocean
and the pools, feels very relaxing and cool.
Facilities-The biggest water park in Palau,Olymphic swimming pool and spa pool my 2kids
enjoyed a lot. Free Internet connection
This hotel was everything I dreamed it would be Relaxing and restful with family or friends, A will recommend this place to others and I will return.
Unique Quality: Rooms,Pools,Pacific ocean view.

Cute Staffs & Fantastic Slides
The staffs are really cute! Very good service!! Always with shiny smiles :)
My brother likes the water slides a lot! He even got some local friends while playing in the water park. I can see that this is really the most popular amusement park in Palau. Jack, my brother, is the one who asks me to write this review! He said we should share good things with others!

Higher Than Expectation
My best friend and I had a getaway from intensive lives. We are very glad that we chose Airai View Hotel (I think they changed their name to Airai Water Paradise earlier this year.) It was quite tranquil. We especially enjoyed watching the stars on the balcony of our rooms.
The private balcony of the second floor was a lot over our expectation.
At first, we considered this hotel because some reviews said that this is a hotel with bountiful history. Those historic carvings were indeed amazing. However, I myself like the antique wooden style most. It was like being in a classic museum!
As I went dolphin watching, my friend tried the spa at the hotel. It was the Balinese style. Not bad. Reasonable price. Pretty relaxing.
By the way, the homey atmosphere was also a plus for this hotel. I guess they invest a lot on training their staffs :P All the staffs were quite courteous. Very nice services.
