The Waterfront Bar & Grill is a nice open air restaurant with a great atmosphere.
We went there to try the coconut crab but they don't serve coconut crab any more since it has become an endangered species so we had something else instead... The food was good and the location was great...
Port Vila is the capital city (town) of Vanuatu with a population of around 36,000 people. It is found on the island of Efate, where most tourists spend their time when in Vanuatu.
Vila is a very laid back town and isn't overly active, especially at night. Some days the cars and buses go mad on the streets and other days it seems there is no one around.
I really enjoyed walking the streets of Vila and looking through the markets and shops...and chatting to the friendly locals.
