Best Western Belize Biltmore Plaza Hotel

I visit Belize for pleasure and work and a very nice place to stay is the Biltmore Plaza. It is a family hotel with rooms on three sides and the back being open and fenced. It contains a large swiming pool and sundeck in the court yard but lacks a hot tub. The business center (Internet, printer and three computer stations are open days). It is located inside of the gift shop.

Rooms come as Kings, Queens and two beds to a room. It is used as a central hotel for many tour groups from young to old. There are separte eating and drinking areas with a nice menu. Rates are about $100 USD per room. It is located on Northern Highway in Belize City about 5 miles from BZE International Airportand about 5 miles from down town Belize City. During my many stays, I have not found it a disappointment in any way and would recomend it highly. Taxi from the International Airport is about $25 USD but check with the driver before departing.

Internet service and room service have always been great during my four 2012 visits. I liked the safe and secure area and have now rented a home in the same area.

Unique Quality: Nice clean pool, flowers and plants in a convenient area to the International airport. There is no operating hotel at the BZE Airport and this is the closest. Excellent service and clean rooms make it an excellent choice for business or family stays.

Directions: North side of Belize City, five miles to international BZE Airport.

Last year I went to the Best Westerm Belize Biltmore Hotel with my family by summer, it was our first time on Belize and let me tell you that I will never regret choosing Belize as our vacation destination. It was amazing, the service, the hotel, the beautiful country, the environment, everything in one place! Totally recommended!
