I like the name of the restaurant situated in the Great House's garden, "The Smokey Mermaid!" With covered and open-air seating, this is a great place to end a great day with a lovely dinner and a cool drink. What more could you ask for?
This hotel is easily recognizable for its sweeping verandahs on three floors of its four floors--another great place to catch a sea breeze and take a break from the sun. Inside you'll find each guestroom individually decorated, with polished pine floors and a basket of fruit upon your arrival here.
If you favor bare-bones, budget accommodations, this is probably not your type of place. But if you appreciate style and comfort, the Great House will be a perfect fit for you.
