We stayed at the Seven Mile Beach Resort and Club. This resort also offers time shares. We were a very short walk from the Beach.
We rented two condos for the trip. We had about 10 people total. Each condo was fully equiped with a kitchen, living room (with queen sleeper sofa), 2 bedrooms (one queen size bed and one with two twin beds). Two bathrooms. TV, VCR and cable. Screened in balcony area.
Unfortunately, the resort sustained extensive damage from hurricane Ivan on Sept. 11, 2004. There are pictures that detail the reconstruction process on the resort's website.
All of the condos faced a courtyard area, which is where the pool and hot tub were located. We had great views of the beach.
