Very pleasant accommodations right on Seven Mile Beach. Our group was going to stay at the Ritz but the hotel rooms are not near the beach but on the other side of the road. This was definitely the better choice. We enjoyed the swim up bar and it was very near cemetery reef which was nice for snorkeling.
Unique Quality: Right on the beach, swim up bar and near a snorkeling reef. What more do you need?

This truly is a complete resort. Wide, white sand beach, spa treatments, swim up pool bar, great lobby and a friendly staff.
AAA does not give this property 4 diamonds for nothing.

Really nice hotel.There was a piano player there every night or so.If you stayed for a long enough period of time, they would leave little Tortuga Rum Cakes on your pillow!Yum.The staff was real friendly too.The beach was close unlike the Hyatt where most rooms are on the other side of the street.The drinks were sort of expensive,but hey everything is expensive there.

The Westin Casuarina, located next to the Governor's Residence is right on Seven Mile Beach. The service was outstanding, particularly at the piano bar. The Staff is attentive and the hotel offers a full set of amenities.
Restaurant food is outstanding as well.
Unique Quality: A large pool serves as a great alternative to the warm, crystal clear waters of the Carribean.
Red Sail Watersports is onsite and can assist with Dive packages or trips to Stingray Sandbar (or city). I took a Discover Scuba course with them and it was fantastic. I have since become certified and cannot wait to return.
Avis has a car rental on-site which makes it easy to get a car to explore the island. While the Open Air Jeep may be appealing, it will be hot. Consider a regular car with Airconditioning if the heat bothers you.
Directions: Seven Mile Beach. If you pass the Governor's residence you've gone too far!
It's not the cheapest place on the beach so fortunately it wasn't on my tab. The Westin was great! It had great pools, beach, staff and food. I would stay there again.
Although my room didn't have a view of the ocean, it did have a room of the Govenor's mansion next door.

We stayed at the Villas of the Galleon condominiums right next to the Westin Casuarina...the place was clean, comfortable, with plenty of room, and best of all, it is right on 7-mile beach---perfect! Below is a shot of me with the Villas in background on my way to---guess where? THE BEACH
This varies on the season, size of unit, etc.....better to just check out the website. Right on 7-mile beach, great restaurant for breakfast across the street, with shopping and nightlife also across the street and next door. Location can't be beat, and cheaper than the hotel.
Since all the beaches are public does the hotel allow you to use the pool if you are not staying there?
As a general rule - no. The beach is indeed at a next alne after pools from the hotel. In general staff there was not friendly indeed when I stayed at that hotel, so I afraid they will be pretty strict with rules.
