Lodging in Turrialba
Hello,
We are planning another vacation in CR (1st week of Feb 2009) and we want to stay 1-2 nights in Turrialba(seems to be a good spot for a visit to Orosi Valley, Irazu Volcano, Turrialba Volcano and the pre-Colombian ruins at Guayabo). Do you know of any good lodging option in the area? I was looking at Volcan Turrialba Lodge, but I would like to explore other options too before making any reservations.

That place has always intrigued me. I would like to stay there myself. I have stayed at Casa Turire which is a little pricey but very nice. Also have stayed at Rancho Naturalista which is a big bird watchers lodge in the area. Volcan Turrialba just woke up after many many years! Last November.

Thanks, I will keep these places in mind. I am still doing research on the area and I hope to pick a place to stay at pretty soon.
