Hi fellow travellers!
I'm off to CR at the emd of March staying at te Giardini di Papagayo hotel. Can you tell me what I should expect?
Hotel Service?
Hotel Amenities?
Local Weather?
Insects?
Beaches?
We are going to be there at the end of Jan, I would certainly appreciate some fresh feedback if you don't mind. I hope your trip is enjoyable.

I am just looking for input from anyone who has stayed here, or at the sister hotel the GIARDINI di PAPAGAYO.
We are looking for somewhere, small, simple, that actually FEELS like Costa Rica but with easy accessiblilty to outside activities.
In particular, I was wondering about the beach area, and the proximity to the rooms, and, the differences between the two hotels, if anyone happens to know.

Anyone stayed at the El Nakuti Papagayo or even the Giardini Papagayo, which is the sister hotel?
My main question is: Did you have the opportunity to take a taxi or bus into Liberia on your own.
Is this place so isolated that one cannot do things on their own.
My husband and I like mingling with the locals and doing non-touristy tours and we do speak Spanish (not fluently but we get by)
ANY OTHER TIPS ON COSTA RICA WILL BE GREAT!
