The Body Holiday: Delightful Spa

This is a wonderful all inclusive hotel /spa. I went by myself but it seemed to be a lot of families and couples. It is a favorite with europeans and was actually recommended to me by a friend of mine who is british. Each day you are given one luxury body spa service and you can always add on as many spa services as you like. There are also activities going on all day. I didn't like the food that much but most everyone else did. The room and beds were fine. The grounds were beautiful. And they have activities each night. St. Lucia is gorgeous.

There is a pool on top a big hill that you learn to walk up after a couple of days. It is beautiful and so relaxing. You feel like you are in paradise.

Great place to sit back and enjoy the sun. I don't have a single complaint about the food or accommodations.

We stayed at the Club St....

We stayed at the Club St. Lucia and it was moderate. We were lucky to get a villa close to all amenities or else you could be walking quite a distance for meals. To beach bar and pools were very nice but I would be afraid that when the resort is full, they might be a little crowded. I would recommend a resort in Rodney Bay, instead, as we were about a 45 minuted walk from any action.

The Rainbow Inn, Rodney Bay: The Rainbow Inn, Rodney Bay

This unpretentious small hotel is a great buy! It is located a few steps from one of the best beaches on the island, Renduit Beach and walking distance from several popular restaurants and a small shopping area. At first I was concerned it would be overly commercial nearby but it is not at all offensively so!

There's a nice pool in the center courtyard and a bar/restaurant. The service is great throughout the hotel -- friendly and attentive. One of the night's we were there, they had a barbeque by the pool with karoke which was hokey but fun.

Mango Point- private villa: Mango Point- private villa

weekly rental is $3100 for 4 people, each additional person is $225

You can pretend that you are living the lifestyle of the rich and famous when you stay in this house! The view of the Pitons is absolutely spectacular and you can see it while you swim in the beautiful pool. We particularly enjoyed the showers which were open to the outside. We felt like we were bathing in the garden- totally private, of course. The cook was fabulous and prepared whatever we asked for. She happily accommodated the vegetarians in our group.

When we stayed there we stayed...

When we stayed there we stayed at the Harmony Marina Suites. It was very nice and the people so welcoming. At the Harmony Marina Suites you stay in an apartment. My Nana and Grandad stayed in one with a jacuzzi and four poster bed whereas we didn't have either!
If you go on the websie that I have said about it tells you all the prices.

It has a swimming pool with sunbeds, fantastic views and a restaurant/bar which also over looks the marina with night entertainment. It also has a few shops including a hairdresser's and a small shop with food.
When we went it was my Nana's birthday and they gave us a massive chocolate cake!!!Plus they are friendly to kids!

Ladera Resort: Ladera Resort

If you have ever dreamed of a secluded romantic retreat where your walls open up to nature this is your dream come true. My travel agent first informed me of this hotel, so I had to see it. It is spectacular, the views from your room have to be seen, I can't describe it!The setting is dramatic to say the least, I mean imagine stretching your hand while you lay in bed and touching a wall with a waterfall. The villas and suites all have an 'open wall' - the west side of each unit is left open to expose the breathtaking view yet the buildings are designed for complete privacy.Little touches like sea shell taps add to the unique beauty of Ladera

Windjammer Landing Villa Beach...

Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort
Ranges from $160.00 - $360.00 usd per night for (2) pax

The cost at Windjammer is very reasonable. It's a great place for a honeymoon in the off season and a wonderful place for families at anytime of year. They have 4 pools, 2 full sized and 2 kiddie pools. There are 4 restaurants (reasonably priced), a workout facility and spa amenities. All the units are perfectly set going up a hillside for best water views. Many units have their own private plunge pools! (Great for lovers)
